Fun pumpkin seed biscuits for children

Preparation
- Prepare some fun biscuit cutters. Cover the baking trays with baking paper. Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Chop the butter into small cubes and knead together with some of the flour. Then knead together all of the ingredients to form a smooth dough.
- Roll the dough out thin on a floured work top and cut out some fun animals or shapes. Place them on the baking trays and coat with a thin layer of egg white. Sprinkle whole pumpkin seeds on top and brush with egg white. Bake the biscuits at 180°C until light brown.
For adults
You can sprinkle the biscuits with some coarse salt for a tasty snack.
This is my tip
You can also add jam between the biscuits.
