Recipe: Styrian wurstsalat

Preparation

Cut all ingredients into fine strips (julienne) and mix well with each other. Season mixture and marinate with a touch of vinegar and ample amounts of Steirerkraft pumpkin seed oil PGI Serve with hearty rustic brown or black bread.

Tip

Try using celery or zucchini as an alternative to the gherkins.
