Styrian scarlet runner bean soup with sausage slices
Preparation
- Heat the Steirerkraft scarlet runner bean soup in a pan. Then slice the Frankfurters into 2 cm thick slices and cut a cross in them.
- Fry the sausage slices in hot fat then add to the hot scarlet runner bean soup. Serve the soup with diced pepper and fresh herbs.
Serving suggestion
Serve with bread baked in a wood-fired oven or pumpkin seed rolls.
This is my tip
Instead of Frankfurters, you can also use spiced sausages or any other type of sausage. Diced fried beef would also work.
