Finely chop the coarsely chopped Steirerkraft pumpkin seeds with a knife again then add the pumpkin seed oil, finely chopped garlic and some salt. Mix well and fill into small screw top glass bottles.
For variations in taste, try adding grated parmesan and herbs, such as, for example, oregano, basil or parsley.
