Preparation
- Sort and wash the lamb’s lettuce. Peel the potatoes and cut into whatever sized cubes you like. Fry cubes of bacon in a pan. Add potatoes and chopped garlic and sauté.
- Mix the lamb’s lettuce with the bacon and potato mix, season and marinate with vinegar and liberal amounts of pumpkin seed oil PGI.
Serving suggestion
Put the salad into a small soup bowl and sprinkle with a few cubes of potato.
This is my tip
Endive salad is an excellent alternative to lamb’s lettuce.
