Lamb’s lettuce with warm potatoes

Difficulty level: easy

Salad

  • 250 g lamb's lettuce
  • 4 cooked potatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 80 g cubed bacon
  • salt, pepper
  • 4 TBSP Steirerkraft pumpkin seed oil PGI
  • 1 TBSP Steirerkraft cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. Sort and wash the lamb’s lettuce. Peel the potatoes and cut into whatever sized cubes you like. Fry cubes of bacon in a pan. Add potatoes and chopped garlic and sauté.
  2. Mix the lamb’s lettuce with the bacon and potato mix, season and marinate with vinegar and liberal amounts of pumpkin seed oil PGI.

 

Serving suggestion

Put the salad into a small soup bowl and sprinkle with a few cubes of potato.
