Make sure to wash the salad leaves carefully. Dry well and rip into bite-sized pieces. Mix pumpkin seed oil PGI., vinegar, salt and pepper together to make a marinade and pour over salad just before serving.
Any type of green salad is fine, if you can’t get hold of a Graz cabbage lettuce.
