Recipe: Graz cabbage lettuce with Styrian pumpkin seed oil

Preparation

serves 2 | cooks in 10 minutes

Make sure to wash the salad leaves carefully. Dry well and rip into bite-sized pieces. Mix pumpkin seed oil PGI., vinegar, salt and pepper together to make a marinade and pour over salad just before serving.

Tip

Any type of green salad is fine, if you can’t get hold of a Graz cabbage lettuce.

Serving suggestion

Arrange the salad in glass bowls and sprinkle with Steirerkraft pumpkin seeds, roasted and salted.
