Preparation
- Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into slices and arrange on a plate. Lightly season tomatoes with salt and sprinkle with coarsely chopped basil and oregano. Dribble with pumpkin seed oil and balsamic vinegar.
Serving suggestion
Herb blossoms make for an attractive decoration. Best served with slightly salty white bread.

Why not try feta or goat's cheese as an alternative to mozzarella?
