Styrian Mozzarella

  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 2 EL balsamic vinegar
  • 2 EL Steirerkraft pumpkin seed oil PGI
  • oregano and basil
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into slices and arrange on a plate. Lightly season tomatoes with salt and sprinkle with coarsely chopped basil and oregano. Dribble with  pumpkin seed oil and balsamic vinegar.

 

Serving suggestion

Herb blossoms make for an attractive decoration. Best served with slightly salty white bread.
