Preparation
Make sure to wash the salad leaves carefully. Dry well and rip into bite-sized pieces. Mix pumpkin seed oil PGI., vinegar, salt and pepper together to make a marinade and pour over salad just before serving.
Serving suggestion
Arrange the salad in glass bowls and sprinkle with Steirerkraft pumpkin seeds, roasted and salted.
This is my tip
Any type of green salad is fine, if you can't get hold of a Graz cabbage lettuce.
