Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer as defined by the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

• on which you or a person designated by you—who is not the carrier—took possession of the goods, or,
• in the case of partial deliveries, from the day on which you or the person designated by you took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use this model withdrawal form for this purpose, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will issue this reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. This deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to contracts for:

• goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised,
• goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery,
• goods which, after delivery, are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
