The simplest and quickest snack ever: two ingredients, zero stress—and in no time at all, you’ll have something wonderfully crispy on your plate!
- First, finely grate the Parmesan cheese. Place eight small piles of Parmesan (approx. 1 tbsp per cracker) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or a microwave-safe plate lined with parchment paper) and flatten them slightly. Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over the piles. Leave enough space between the mounds, as the crackers will spread during baking.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool briefly on the baking tray until the crackers have hardened.
- Alternatively, place the prepared portions on a plate lined with baking paper in the microwave and heat at approximately 800 watts for about 125 seconds (2 minutes 05 seconds). Then allow to cool slightly.

The combination of tangy Parmesan and nutty pumpkin seeds makes for a wonderfully crunchy snack between meals or a perfect topping for soups and salads. Packaged in an airtight container, the crackers stay fresh for several days.
