Mini pumpkin seed cinnamon rolls from the air fryer

The days are getting colder, and what could be better than a sweet, warm snack fresh from the air fryer? Our mini pumpkin seed cinnamon rolls are ready in no time, wonderfully aromatic, and with their delicate pumpkin seed flavor, they bring just the right touch of fall to your plate.
- Roll out the puff pastry and spread soft butter evenly on one side. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the buttered surface. Then spread the coarsely chopped pumpkin seeds evenly on top.
- Cut the dough lengthwise into 8 strips, roll them up tightly, and place the rolls on an air fryer tray lined with parchment paper or in small molds.
- Bake in the air fryer at 180°C for approx. 15 minutes until golden brown (depending on the air fryer model). Meanwhile, for the frosting, mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, and pumpkin seed oil.
- Allow the warm cinnamon rolls to cool briefly, then drizzle or spread the frosting over them and garnish with pumpkin seeds.
This is my tip
The mini pumpkin seed cinnamon rolls can be made not only in an air fryer, but also in the oven. For a particularly intense flavor, briefly roast the pumpkin seeds in a pan beforehand.
