  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 150 g Steirerkraft pumpkin seeds chopped
  • 1–3 tsp honey
  • 1 handful blueberries, raspberries, or berries of your choice
  • 2 tbsp Steirerkraft pumpkin seed oil PGI (optional)

A refreshing breakfast or a healthy snack for hot days: this Frozen Peach Bowl combines frozen peaches with creamy yogurt and crunchy Steirerkraft pumpkin seeds. Perfect for anyone who loves quick, balanced summer recipes with pumpkin seeds.

 

 

  • Wash the peaches the day before, remove the pits, and freeze them whole. The next morning, grate the frozen fruit as finely as possible.
  • Spoon the Greek yogurt into bowls and spread the grated peach over it. Then sweeten with honey, sprinkle with fresh berries and a generous portion of chopped pumpkin seeds.
  • Optionally, you can also add a dash of pumpkin seed oil as a topping to the bowl—for more flavor and healthy fats.
