Frozen Peach Bowl with Steirerkraft Pumpkin Seeds

- Wash the peaches the day before, remove the pits, and freeze them whole. The next morning, grate the frozen fruit as finely as possible.
- Spoon the Greek yogurt into bowls and spread the grated peach over it. Then sweeten with honey, sprinkle with fresh berries and a generous portion of chopped pumpkin seeds.
- Optionally, you can also add a dash of pumpkin seed oil as a topping to the bowl—for more flavor and healthy fats.
This is my tip
Of course, a vegan version can also be made: using soy yogurt and maple syrup, it tastes just as delicious.
