Styrian Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil PGI from Steirerkraft – simply called “Kernöl” in Styria. Made from the hull-less, dark green seeds of the Styrian oil pumpkin: roasted and pressed using the traditional stamp-press method. This is what creates the delicate, nutty roasted aroma and the deep green colour with a reddish sheen. 100% pumpkin seeds, nothing else. A classic with leafy salads and potato salad, in soups, sauces, and spreads – or drizzled over vanilla ice cream.
