Accessibility Statement

Estyria Naturprodukte GmbH is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the Web Accessibility Act (WZG) as amended, implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ L 327, 2.12.2016, p. 1).

This website is currently only partially compliant with conformance level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” and with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) according to Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The non-compliances are listed below.

Status of compliance with the requirements

The contents listed below are not accessible or are considered a disproportionate burden for the following reasons:

• Some PDF documents available for download on the website are not yet fully accessible. If you need assistance with these PDF documents, please contact kernothek@steirerkraft.com.
• Structural elements such as headings are not yet consistently marked up correctly, but are being gradually updated. Some content is not yet structured in a logical reading order in the code.
• The required contrast levels for text and non-text content according to WCAG Level AA are not yet consistently met throughout the website. A gradual revision to improve readability is underway.
• Keyboard accessibility is only partially implemented. Some functions can be used without a mouse, but limitations remain. The structure and labeling of headings is also being continuously revised to improve clarity.
• The mentioned website is currently undergoing a revision to improve accessibility. Based on a self-assessment conducted in June 2025, a catalog of measures was developed, and the website is being gradually adapted to meet legal requirements.

Planned Measures

The ongoing updates include:

• Adding alternative texts (alt texts) for images and graphics
• Improving color contrast
• Adapting keyboard navigation
• Correcting structural HTML elements
• Expanding labels and ARIA labels
• Checking screen reader compatibility

For the display of images and videos embedded via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), external sources are used. The presentation provided by third parties is generally beyond our control.
